Type: Serial (Cop) Killer/ Whodunnit in a creepy place Synopsis:After a serial killer murders his co-workers and his girlfriend, once confident FBI agent Jack Malloy turns to alcohol to dull his pain before finding himself at a detox center for cops: a retrofitted cold war command post in the middle of the frozen Wyoming wilderness. Checking their weapons at the door, Malloy and nine other 'guests' are left to confront their demons and each other, as the atmosphere both inside and outside grows increasingly more bitter. When his fellow officers begin turning up dead, Malloy's nightmares force him to realize that he can no longer ignore his past. Review:I wouldn't have rented the DVD myself, and wouldn't have missed anything in terms of story, but I would have missed the true star of the movie (who appears after about 20 minutes): the retrofitted Strategic Air Command Base! Plain concrete walls, heavy steel doors, badly lit corridors, this place sure has a vibe. I think even the director knew that fact since all the bonuses are centered around the place itself. If you're thinking about playing a scenario around a PC gone mad from too much Mythos exposure, this might well be the place where DG agents are sent in such a case (when they're not offered a 9mm retirement plan). Besides that, the movie's good enough to pass the time... Renting the DVD won't ruin you anyway Rating: (1-5) - Plot: 1
- Fun: 3
- Graphic: 5 (3 points for the setting)
- Overall: 2-3
