Type: Horror/Lycanthropic Action under a full moon... Synopsis: A squad of British soldiers are sent on a routine training exercise in an isolated Scottish glen. Their greatest worry is missing the football match until they stumble upon the sole survivor of a Special Operations team, literally torn to pieces, Captain Ryan. Ryan refuses to reveal the secret of his mission even though whoever ate his men is keen for second helpings. Luckily local girl Megan leads them to a deserted farmhouse deep in the forest, but when they realise that this is home to a pack of vicious werewolves it's apparent their nightmare has only just begun... Review:Good action/horror movie, would make a nice one session Cthulhu/Blood Brothers scenario if you change the Werewolves for Tentacular Monsters TM... The scenario is nevertheless a little bit too linear, it lacks a good plot twist, a final revelation. It makes a good "pop-corn movie" anyway, if you're not easily disgusted by lots of blood and gutts that is... Rating: (1-5) - Plot: 2
- Fun: 4
- Graphic: 4
- Overall: 3

I don't understand why you give it only a 2 for the "plot rating"... The scenario is quite good even if a little bit linear... Yet, I think that the werewolves ain't that scary and look too much like those of 80's movies... My own ratings would be: - Plot: 3
- Fun: 5
- Graphic: 3
- Overall: 3

I have to admit, I was a bit hard on this moviethe first time I saw it, but it quickly grew on me. I really liked the cast and it was so nice to see a UK film project in the states that wasn't a romantic comedy. I'm waiting with mixed feelings on the sequel-- Dog Soldiers II: Fresh Meat, though truth be told, I can't wait.
