This forum is for hosting or advertising DG/Cthulhu RPGs only. You may also post your "Tales of Terror", adventure seeds and campaign logs here, just make it clear using an appropriate tag (like [Tale of Terror]) what the thread is about...
If you want to talk about RPG issues, the place to go is The Village, unless your point is "Keepers Eyes Only" in which case you should post it in The SAN Loss Lair.
Now that this little clarification has been made here are the guidelines for this forum:
Now, let the madness begin!
Feel free to post any question about this forum you may have in this thread.
If you want to talk about RPG issues, the place to go is The Village, unless your point is "Keepers Eyes Only" in which case you should post it in The SAN Loss Lair.
Now that this little clarification has been made here are the guidelines for this forum:
- If you want to advertise your game here, please add the following tag: [AD] in the title of your thread.
- Indicate the period of validity of your ad in the first post of the thread! (ie: Validity: Till October 2003)
Any [AD] thread without a validity limit will be erased a month after its posting.
Do NOT put "forever" as the validity limit! Such threads will be deleted as if no validity limit had been indicated. - All RPGs must have at least one "Word Aside" thread [WA] to allow agents who do not belong to the RP to post their questions/comments/requests/etc...
But you can also create several WA thread for a single RPG:
- One for the keeper/players Out Of Character discussion (please label such threads with a [OOC] tag)
- One for "outsiders" to discuss the game (in which case you should put an [OUT] tag in the thread title) - In the case your RPG is handled by several keepers, add a list of the names of the keepers in the first post of the WA threads! (This will allow us to take their reporting of "intruders" into account)
- You may also put a list of the "Authorized Posters" in the first post of your WA thread to help the mods with their job but this is optional. In that case however any "random poster" posts will be deleted asap by mods.
- If your online game contains spoilers for a published product, please, make sure to let any potential reader now in the first post of the thread (or even in the thread title if necessary).
