Hello everyone, my name's Al, (agent Nathan) New to the boards and to DG, although old to CoC and Cthulhu Now (ouch) - I'm not sure of nationalities but I'm based here in England (Lancaster) and I dont know how far DG has spread here as its real hard to get. Looking forward to the online game though. ;D

Thanks for the reply. I was just interested in
nationalities. There seems to be precious little net
based DG stuf in the UK. The closest was the Bristol
Consortium ( a little ahead of their time) but they seem
to be inactive now. Anyway, nice to be here.

I'm English. From Shropshire, no less.
I have no idea about any UK resources though - is there something wrong with using American sites for your own twisted purposes?

None whatsoever. Just another generalising assumption on my part (sorry) that most if not all members were likely to be from the U.S. of A. Wont make that mistake again. No, there's nothing wrong in using american resources but DG seems not to be a large field in my gaming circles whilst CoC is. I rather like the fleshed background and the reason for being an investigator. Is DG being played in Shropshire? It certainly isnt in Lancaster as I had to hunt high and low just to get a copy (my copy came via online shopping from a bookshop in Oxford). Just want to give it a try, thus signed up as a player for the SW online game.

Well, if you're one of my mates it sure as hell is. They're the only gaming circle I move in. It seems that, around here, very very few people have even seen a dice with more than 6 sides, let alone rolled one.
And I have no idea where Id go to get CoC DG or any other CoC books. My copies are *ahem* Kazaa'd. And printed (no easy task at 50 pages per hour on fast quality on an inkjet printer)

Thanks for the belated kind welcome. I believe cannibal monkey and I share concerns regarding posting rates (yes I suppose I am just as guilty) but having a job and a family eats up a lot of time. Will try harder. I have just started running DG (never played or run it before) so myu experience levels are slowly growing. Any helpful suggestions welcomed.
